Pembroke College alumnus, Pete Buttigieg ’05 seems to continue to edge closer and closer to officially announcing his campaign for President of the United States.

Resisting the goading of Ellen DeGeneres, Pete stopped short of announcing his candidacy…suggesting that me may do so in the special announcement scheduled for his hometown of South Bend, IN on Sunday.

Regardless, Pete’s recent ascendency in the Iowa and New Hampshire polls is a remarkable accomplishment for the Mayor of South Bend.
