Pembroke’s new Strategic Plan emphasizes three key areas that aim to maintain and enhance the existing academic, social, cultural and athletic excellence of Pembroke, and to improve College’s competitive appeal to prospective students and academics alike:

• Enhancing Academic Resources, while preserving the benefits of the Oxford system within the College
• Increasing financial support to students to ensure that no candidate with the talent fails to apply or to take up his or her place at Pembroke because of financial hardship
• Preserving and strengthening the fabric of the College, especially the historic buildings, while providing more student accommodation
