Neil Arnold – Tresurer
Neil Arnold, Pembroke ’66, has held a number of senior executive positions in the private sector.
After graduating from Pembroke, he joined the United Kingdom subsidiary of Massey-Ferguson, an international manufacturer of farm machinery.
His 30 year career with the company took him first to Canada and then to the United States.
In 1996, when the company, now named Varity Corporation with its principal business in automotive systems, merged with Lucas Industries, Neil was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director of Lucas Varity plc.
In 1999, he joined WHX Inc., a diversified US based industrial company with interests in steel production and specialty metals and alloys. In 2003 he was named Executive Chairman of the Board.
Recently Neil has been active as an angel investor in several start-up companies and as a member of several corporate and not-for-profit boards. He has also been active as a regional representative for the College in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Neil and his wife Jane live in Buffalo, NY and have three grown sons. He is a native of Birmingham, England.
